Prep: 1. Halve, peel, and thinly slice the Onion (1) Cook: 1. Heat Vegetable Oil (~1-2 tbsp) in a large pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add sliced Onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and softened, about 8-10 mins. 3. Stir in Sugar (2 tsp) and a splash of Water; cook until onion is caramelized and jammy, about 2-3 minutes 4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
